Built for the calls that get away.
CallrUp started with a simple observation: small businesses lose real customers to something completely avoidable — a phone that just doesn't get picked up.
Why we started
A lot of local businesses run lean — a small team juggling customers in front of them and a phone ringing in the background. Something has to give, and it's usually the phone. Every one of those missed calls is a customer who might have booked, bought, or come back — and instead, went somewhere else.
We thought there had to be a better way to handle that gap — something that sounds like a real person, actually knows the business, and doesn't require hiring another employee just to catch calls after hours or during a rush.
That's what CallrUp is built to do.
Where we are today
CallrUp is a new company, based in Houston, Texas. We're just getting started — working closely with our first local businesses to make sure the product actually earns its place on their phone line, not just adds another layer between them and their customers.
Being new means we're paying close attention to every call, every trial, and every bit of feedback — because right now, that's exactly how it should be.
