SMS / Text Messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information collected via SMS consent (phone number, opt-in status) is used solely to provide the requested service and will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Message frequency may vary depending on the service you've signed up for. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send "STOP," we will send a confirmation message and you will not receive further messages unless you opt in again. If you need help, reply HELP or contact us at callrup.ai@gmail.com.
How We Use Information

CallrUp complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). We only call or text individuals who have provided prior express consent, and we honor opt-out requests immediately (see "SMS / Text Messaging" above). We do not use automated dialing or AI-generated voice calls for outreach without prior consent.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your information, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
