Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or opt in to receive messages from CallrUp.

Our Services

CallrUp, LLC provides AI-powered phone receptionist services to businesses, including answering inbound calls, responding to common questions, taking messages, and scheduling appointments on behalf of our clients.

SMS Terms

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from CallrUp related to the services you've requested. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes, to harass others, or to send content that is fraudulent, abusive, or violates the rights of others.

Not for Healthcare or PHI Use

CallrUp's services are not intended for use by healthcare providers or covered entities to transmit, store, or process Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Businesses in regulated healthcare industries should not use CallrUp to handle patient health information, and CallrUp does not represent or warrant HIPAA compliance.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

While our AI receptionist is designed to accurately relay information provided by our business clients, CallrUp does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of every interaction and is not liable for errors, missed calls, or miscommunications arising from use of the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CallrUp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
